Saturday, a 1998 Honda Accord being driven west on Rockland Road by a 45-year-old Washington woman suffered a damaged hood, roof and windshield when the car’s hood latch released, causing the hood to fly back and hit the windshield. The driver stopped the car in the breakdown lane.

Tuesday at 2:19 a.m., Steven C. Chaput, 39, of Chelsea, was arrested on warrants by police responding to a report of a disabled vehicle on Riverside Drive.

WHITEFIELD

May 26, Naomi L. Luce, 39, of Whitefield, was arrested on charges of theft, forgery and misuse of identification on Hollywood Boulevard. Luce also was arrested May 27 on charges of theft and misuse of identification on Hollywood Boulevard.

Saturday, Jessica E. Debella, 28, of Whitefield, was arrested on a warrant charging unpaid fines on Main Street.
