AUGUSTA — A number of people were fined and sentenced in hearings held Monday and Tuesday at the Capital Judicial Center:

• Dakota L. Allard, 20, of Sidney, failure to display all-terrain vehicle registration April 12 in Manchester; $100 fine.

• Taylor Alley, 32, of Dresden, attaching false plates April 8 in Gardiner; $100 fine.

• Glen Amadon, 49, of Gardiner, operating while license suspended or revoked April 1 in Gardiner; $250 fine.

• Jennifer N. Andres, 29, of Gardiner, dog at large April 21 in Gardiner; $50 fine.

• Michelle A. Arbour, 38, of Augusta, forgery and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer June 1 in Monmouth; two-year jail sentence, all but 10 days suspended, two years of probation, $1,496.53 restitution.

• Tina M. Berube, 49, of Augusta, violating condition of release May 31 in Augusta; four-day jail sentence, credit for four days served.

• Jason Michael Cote, 35, of Belgrade, possession of marijuana March 26 in Augusta; $350 fine.

• Aaron Cowan, 29, of Litchfield, failure to stop, remain, provide information March 23 in Monmouth; $300 fine.

• Jedediah Chapman, 23, of West Gardiner, operating under the influence April 25 in Gardiner; $500 fine, 150-day license suspension.

• Cole W. Cookson, 23, of Dresden, possession of marijuana May 1 in Farmingdale; $350 fine.

• Nicholas P. Cronin, 27, of Vassalboro, operating under the influence March 3 in China; 96-hour alternative sentencing program, $600 fine, 150-day license suspension.

• James S. Dixon, 34, of Augusta, operating with license suspended or revoked and attaching false plates April 10 in Hallowell; $900 in fines.

• Jack R. Downs Sr., 50, of Gardiner, operating under the influence March 18, 2013, in Randolph; 14-day jail sentence, $700 fine, three-year license and registration suspension.

• Sara Edwards, 23, of Portland, possession of marijuana April 28 in Gardiner; $350 fine.

• Reggie Carl French, 39, of Windsor, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer Dec. 6, 2014, in Gardiner; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and violating condition of release Dec. 25, 2014, in Augusta; three-year jail sentence, all but 90 days suspended, two years of probation, $106.99 restitution.

• Adrien Gariepy, 18, of Fairfield, failure to display ATV registration April 12 in Manchester; $100 fine.

• Raymond A. Getchell, 58, of Winthrop, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer April 22 in Winthrop; $200 fine, up to $2 restitution.

• Nathan I. Greenleaf, 28, of Rome, theft by deception Sept. 18, 2013, in Augusta; $200 fine, $58.26 restitution.

• Rufus Hall, 22, of Beverly, Massachusetts, possession of marijuana April 2 in Hallowell; $350 fine.

• Ross Kalloch, 18, of Randolph, sale and use of drug paraphernalia in March in China; $300 fine.

• Susan Katzir, 61, of Hallowell, failure to register vehicle over 150 days April 11 in Hallowell; $100 fine.

• Zachery W. Patrick, 32, of Monmouth, penalty for damage to livestock or pets by animal April 12 in Monmouth; $50 fine, $2 restitution.

• Jeffrey David Raymond, 32, of Bingham and formerly of Randolph, theft by unauthorized taking May 18-22, 2013, in Randolph; $500 fine, $178.47 restitution.

• Joshua Richardson, 32, of Portland, operating while license suspended or revoked March 5 in Gardiner; $750 fine.

• Amanda J. Rickards, 27, of Livermore, driving to endanger March 21 in Manchester; $575 fine, 30-day license suspension.

• Benjamin F. Rideout III, 23, of Waterville and formerly of Augusta, theft by receiving stolen property Oct. 6, 2013-April 21, 2014, in Augusta; 30-day jail sentence.

• Jessica Rogers, 38, of Augusta, operating vehicle without a license Oct. 24, 2014, in Chelsea; $200 fine.

• Jasmine M. Sanders, 19, of Augusta, operating with license suspended or revoked March 26 in Augusta; $250 fine.

• Jeovany Serrano, 26, of Lynn, Massachusetts, possession of drug paraphernalia April 2 in Hallowell; $300 fine.

• Michael Shaw, 22, of Brewer, possession of marijuana March 27 in Gardiner; $350 fine.

• Tarnapou Sunguswan, 21, of Fairfield, failure to display ATV registration April 12 in Manchester; $100 fine.

• Jason L. Truman, 35, of West Gardiner, operating with license suspended or revoked March 29 in Gardiner; $500 fine.

• Russell Truman, 47, of Gardiner, possession of marijuana April 15 in Gardiner; $350 fine.

• Sandra J. Weaver, 46, of Windsor, operating vehicle without a license (expired more than 90 days) Jan. 27 in Windsor; $100 fine.

• Gary White, 52, of Brewer, possession of marijuana March 26 in Augusta; $350 fine.

• Alex A. Wood, 24, of Windsor, possession of marijuana April 26 in Chelsea; $450 fine.
