IN FAIRFIELD, Tuesday at 11:30 p.m., Leo Eugene Himes, 60, of Fairfield, was arrested on a charge of domestic violence assault.

IN SKOWHEGAN, Tuesday at 9:24 p.m., Robert Edward Burt, 41, of Skowhegan, was arrested on two warrants for unpaid fines.

IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Tuesday at 4:40 p.m., Carol Ann Murphy, 71, of New Sharon, was arrested on a charge of failure to appear in court.

5:15 p.m., Darrin Keene Whipple, 46, of Norridgewock, was arrested on a probation hold.

10:20 p.m., Franklin Zachary James, 23, of Skowhegan, was arrested on charges of domestic violence assault and refusing to submit to arrest or detention.

IN WATERVILLE, Tuesday at 9:56 a.m., Keith A. Perry, 47, of China, was arrested on a warrant on Colby Street.

1:15 p.m., Jesse Peterson, 28, a transient, was arrested on charges of theft and possession of scheduled drugs at Head of Falls.

7:00 p.m., Rick A. Rawson, 56, a transient, was arrested on two warrants in the Concourse.

Wednesday at 3:57 a.m., Andrew Dewar, 24, of Waterville, was arrested on a charge of criminal mischief on Elm Street.

IN WINSLOW, Tuesday at 8:51 p.m., Zachary Taylor Purington, 18, of Capen Road, Gardiner, was arrested on China Road and charged with operating under the influence, operating without a license and being a minor transporting liqour.
