I would like to say thank you to the woman who stopped to help me this past Saturday morning. I was out running errands and choked on my coffee while I was driving. I was able to pull to the side of the road, and get out of my truck, but I couldn’t breathe.
I was panicking, and then I heard someone ask if I needed help. I have no idea what this woman’s name is, but I can’t thank her enough. She called 911, and stayed with me until the EMTs arrived.
Everything obviously turned out fine, but I really don’t know if that would be true if she hadn’t stopped. I certainly wouldn’t have been able to call 911 myself, as my phone was in my truck, and I couldn’t get enough air my lungs to actually speak. I am so thankful that she stopped and helped me.
