AUGUSTA — Eight people were sentenced Monday in separate hearings at the Capital Judicial Center:
Sedgewick R. Armstrong, 63, of Augusta, criminal trespass March 25 in Augusta; 12-hour jail sentence, credit for 12 hours served.
Jean Collins, 57, of Augusta, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer April 30 in Augusta; $200 fine.
Jeremy J. Deguisto, 21, of Litchfield, burning prohibited material March 7 in Litchfield; $50 fine.
Nicholas Gay, 23, of China, obtaining a suspended or revoked license Dec. 9, 2014, in Augusta; $100 fine.
Sonni E. Labrie, 25, of Waterville, operating while license suspended or revoked May 1 in Augusta; $250 fine.
Harland Ogilvie, 22, of Manchester, failing to make oral or written accident report April 22 in Augusta; $150 fine.
Samantha Trahan, 23, of South China, driving to endanger April 27 in Augusta; $575 fine, 30-day license suspension.
Nathan L. Yeater, 33, of Brunswick, fishing without a valid license May 6 in Litchfield; $100 fine.
