IN SKOWHEGAN, Sunday at 3:02 a.m., Tracey LeRoy Steward, 49, of Skowhegan, was arrested on a warrant for unpaid fines.

IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Sunday at 12:25 a.m., Paul L. Leclair, 24, of Skowhegan, was arrested on a charge of domestic violence criminal mischief.

4:39 a.m., Remzo A. Krantz, 34, of New York, N.Y., was arrested on a charge of unpaid fines and fees.
