WINTHROP — A Livermore motorcyclist was injured Saturday in a head-on collision with a car at the intersection of Route 133 and Summer Street.
Angel Buck, 42, who was riding a 2001 Harley-Davidson, was taken by Winthrop Ambulance to Central Maine Medical Center in Lewiston with injuries that didn’t appear to be life-threatening, according to Sgt. Dan Cook.
Buck was riding north on Route 133 when a southbound car driven by Patsy Blaisdell, 67, of Mechanicsville, Virginia, tried to turn left off Route 133, onto Summer Street. Cook said the car turned into the path of the motorcycle and the two collided head-on.
No charges have been filed, but the accident, which was reported around 12:30 p.m., is still under investigation. Further details were not immediately available Saturday.
