ARRESTS

IN WATERVILLE, Monday at 6:30 p.m., Noah S. Herrin, 29, listed as transient, was arrested on Main Street on charges of theft, class C, and receiving stolen property, class C.

10:09 p.m., Christopher Higginbotham, 38, of 224 High St., Oakland, was arrested on Summer Street on a charge of obstructing public ways.

10:57 p.m., Alexander Nadeau, 53, of 9 Boothby St., was arrested on Boothby Street on a charge of domestic violence assault.

IN WINSLOW, Monday at 9:17 a.m., Robert Joseph Fortier, 26, of Halifax Street, Winslow, was arrested on an outstanding warrant and a charge of operating while his license was suspended or revoked.
