11:45 p.m., Shelby T. Skidgell, 29, of Moscow, was arrested on two counts of domestic violence assault.

IN WATERVILLE, Saturday at 9:25 a.m., Tommy L. Glidden, 26, of Waterville, was arrested at the Big Apple on Elm Street on two warrants.
