IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Monday at 3:56 a.m., Jason Alan Tuttle, 38, of St. Albans, was arrested on charges of domestic violence terrorizing, aggravated criminal trespassing, assault and criminal mischief.

12:09 p.m., Brian Cormier, 26, of Lewiston, was arrested on a charge of fugitive from justice, a warrant for unpaid fines and fees and a warrant for failure to appear in court.

IN WATERVILLE, Sunday at 1:05 a.m., Wayne Grondin, 36, of Dartmouth Street, Skowhegan, was arrested on Front Street on a charge of operating under the influence.
