ARRESTS

IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Monday at 3:47 p.m., Ruthann McLean, 29, of Waterville, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court on a theft charge.

3:45 p.m., Jeffrey Lee Marshall, 30, of Albion, was arrested on three writs for theft, burglary and criminal mischief.
