The Fourth annual Walk-athon and Run for Life 5K to benefit the Open Arms Pregnancy Center in Augusta is set for 8-10 a.m. o Labor Day, Monday, Sept. 7, at the YMCA Augusta entrance to the Kennebec River Rail trail.
The event will include activities for children and adults. No charge for walkers, $20 for runners ($25 the day of the race). Preregistration is encouraged for all walkers and runners.
