ARRESTS

IN WATERVILLE, Sunday at 5:30 p.m., Melissa Winchenbach, 33, of Waterville, was arrested on two warrants.

Monday at 1 a.m., Jimmy Dutton, 53, of Waterville, was arrested on charges of criminal mischief and violating conditions of release on two counts.

IN WINSLOW, Sunday at 2:06 a.m., Craig Richard Parker, 36, of Bellevue Street, was arrested on Clinton Avenue on two outstanding warrants and three counts of unlawful possession of scheduled drugs.
