Monday at 5:42 p.m., several incidents of criminal mischief were reported on Pierce Drive.
GARDINER
Monday at 12:50 p.m., a caller from Water Street reported the theft of more than $102.
6:38 p.m., a 29-year-old Gardiner man was summoned on Commercial Street on a charge of failure to register a vehicle.
6:39 p.m., at least one person was taken to the hospital after a report of an overdose on Flagg Street.
8:54 p.m., a caller from Tasker Road reported criminal trespassing.
ARRESTS
AUGUSTA
Monday at 2:25 p.m., Christopher W. Hardison, 32, of Augusta, was arrested on Summer Street and charged with domestic violence assault and violating a condition of release.
Ross Matthews, 22, of Belgrade, was arrested on Bond Street on a warrant from Cumberland County.
Kevin Swift, 24, of Augusta, was arrested on Kendall Street on a charge of domestic violence assault.
Tuesday at 1:42 a.m., two unidentified people were arrested on Mount Vernon Avenue after a report of a disturbance and disorderly conduct.
GARDINER
Monday at 9:14 p.m., Peter Cunningham, 58, of Gardiner, was arrested on Marston Road on charges of terrorizing and refusing to submit to arrest or detention.
