Job fair set for Sept. 23 at Waterville library
Waterville Public Library will host a job fair from 3 to 6 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 23, at the library, 73 Elm St. Hiring employers can use a free table. To register, visit watervillelibraryjobfair.eventbrite.com. To participate, employers must have open positions they are trying to fill.
This event is co-sponsored by the Waterville Public Library, Kennebec Valley Community Action Program, Maine Department of Labor Augusta CareerCenter, and the Mid-Maine Chamber of Commerce, according to a news release from the library.
Dana Hamilton will offer a How to Make the Most of a Job Fair workshop for job seekers from 10 a.m. to noon Wednesday, Sept. 16, at the library.
