AUGUSTA — Disability Rights Maine will be host a picnic celebration from noon to 2 p.m. Friday, Sept. 4, in Augusta’s Capitol Park to mark the 25th anniversary of the Americans with Disabilities Act.
Originally planned for July 24, this event was rescheduled because of predicted inclement weather. This celebration will take place rain or shine, according to a DRM news release.
The free event is open to individuals of all ages. Interpreters will be available.
