New England Celtic Arts will present Canadian master fiddlers Troy MacGillivray and Andrea Beaton as part of it’s Western Maine Music Week at The Green Church Concert Series in Mexico at 7 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 9, at Mexico Congregational Church, 163 Main St., Mexico; at 7 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 10, at Route 27 Arts, 88 Maine St., Stratton; and at 7 p.m. Friday, Sept. 11, Old South Church in Farmington, 235 Maine St., Farmington.

Western Maine Music Week, in it’s third year, will take place in six locations over a three day period from Sept. 9-11 in the mountains of Western Maine. The mini-festival features the small halls and venues that are the trademark of NECA programing.

Fresh off an extended tour of Europe and the UK, MacGillavray and Beaton have teamed up to present a varied program of music and dance. They both excel on fiddle, keyboard and step-dancing.

Tickets cost $15, for reservations call 562-4445 for the Mexico concert, 264-2300 (answered as Flagstaff Fuel) for the Stratton concert; and 299-3686 for the Farmington concert.
