Somerville Day, a fall festival, will be held Saturday, Sept. 12. The event will kick off with a 10 a.m. parade on Route 105 between Turner Ridge and the school. Those who would like to be in the parade, line-up is at 9:30 a.m. on Turner Ridge.

At the conclusion of the parade there will be a 9-11 tribute around the gazebo.

Inside the gymnasium there will be door prizes, a raffle, a cake walk, scarecrow costume contest, silent auction, games, music, crafts and more.

A fireworks show will start just after dark.

Rent-free craft and vendor tables are available. Those interested can contact any member of the Somerville Day Committee.

The Somerville Day Committee includes Ernestine Peaslee, Elaine Porter, Peggy Dostie, Claudia Fujinaga, Cheryl Pratt and Delta Chase.
