Sunday at 11:48 a.m., two people were charged during a traffic stop on Western Avenue. Duane N. Brown, 30, of Bangor, was arrested on a warrant. The driver, a 28-year-old Augusta woman, was issued a summons charging her with operating after suspension.

12:51 p.m., Crystal Gayle Marcia, 27, of Augusta, was arrested on charges of theft and violating conditions of release by police responding to a shoplifting complaint on Civic Center Drive.

3:44 p.m., Amber L. Hosier, 22, of Augusta, was arrested on warrants by police conducting a check on Mount Vernon Avenue.

5:09 p.m., Jason Frank Jones, 35, of Augusta, was arrested on a warrant by police doing a check on Mount Vernon Avenue.
