Augusta Red Hattergroup, Ruby Gems, recently enjoyed an afternoon tea at the home of member Julie Brawn. Brawn, Kitty White and Jeanne Fortin hosted the event. The group met outside on Julie’s patio, each guest was gifted with a cup and saucer chosen especially for them and were asked to share how they thought the cup related to them and their personality. The group tries to meet twice a month. Once for a planning meeting, an “innie” and again to dress up in Red Hat Regalia and go out on the town an “outie”. At each meeting the goal is to have fun and enjoy each other’s company.
