WATERVILLE — Michael Oliveira had a hat trick and an assist to lead the Waterville boys soccer team to a 6-1 win over Mount View in a Kennebec Valley Athletic Conference Class B game Friday.

Peter Mayhorn added two goals and an assist for the Purple Panthers (2-0-1) while Nathan Pinette scored the other goal. Justin Wentworth, Bridger Holly, Nick Dufor and Ethan Cayer each had an assist. Jackson Eldridge made eight saves.

Mike Hustus scored on a penalty kick for the Mustangs (0-3-0). Seth Davis made 14 saves.

RICHMOND 9, VINALHAVEN 1: Cody Tribbet had a hat trick and two assists to lead the Bobcats to the East/West Conference win on Vinalhaven.

Curtis Anderson added two goals for Richmond (2-0-0) while Matt Rines, Ethan Gardner, Brendan Emmons and Brady Johnson had one apiece. Zach Small made two saves.

Louis Cray scored off an assist from Henry Noyes for Vinalhaven (0-2-0).

CARRABEC 2, HALL-DALE 2: Tyler Reichet and Dustin Crawford each scored as the Cobras settled for a tie with the Bulldogs in MVC action in Farmingdale.

Tyler Dubois and Tyler Nadeau each scored for Hall-Dale (1-0-2). Nate Peterson made five saves.

Trent Richardson stopped 13 shots for Carrabec (2-0-1).

FIELD HOCKEY

WINTHROP 3, BOOTHBAY 1: Emily Molino had two goals and an assist to lift the host Ramblers to the Mountain Valley Conference win.

Kinli Dibiase added a goal for Winthrop (2-2) while Kat Hajduk and Katie Perkins each had an assist. Corinna Coulton made five saves.

Sydney Meader scored for Boothbay (1-3). Erica Eames made nine saves.

ST. DOMINIC 3, HALL-DALE 0: Elsa Lee scored twice and Kylie Leavitt added another goal as the Saints won the MVC game in Farmingdale. Gabby Cortellino made one save for St. Dom’s (2-2).

Kaylee Magee stopped 22 shots for Hall-Dale (0-4).

GIRLS SOCCER

RICHMOND 8, VINALHAVEN 0: Kelsea Anair poured in five goals to lead the Bobcats to a win over the Vikings in Richmond.

Caitlin Kendrick notched two goal and two assists for Richmond (3-0), while Destiny Anair and Taylor Paulison finished with three and two assists, respectively. Merands Martin scored once in the win.

Gilley Davis-Oakes made 14 saves in net for Vinalhaven (1-1).

MARANACOOK 2, SPRUCE MOUNTAIN 0: Jana Elwell scored the game’s only goals in the first half as the Black Bears went on to pick up a KVAC B win over the Falcons in Readfield.

Sierra Wilson made one save in the win for Maranacook (1-1), while Amber Delaney stopped 27 shots in net for Spruce Mountain (0-3).

MONMOUTH 10, WISCASSET 0: Haley Fletcher scored four goals to lead the Mustangs over the Wolverines in Monmouth.

Sarah Scott scored three goals for Monmouth (2-0), while Sidney Wilson, Tia Day and Taylor Spadafora each added a goal.

Mikayla Cameron had four saves to earn the shutout.

Lindsay Gordon had 29 saves for Wiscasset (0-2).

HALL-DALE 5, CARRABEC 0: Signe Lynch scored three goals and Thea Sweet two as Hall-Dale blanked Carrabec.

Sweet also had two assists for the Bulldogs (2-1). Hailey Taker made six saves in goal. Stephanie Cossabook and Kelsie Creamer split time in net for the Cobras (2-1) and combined for 19 saves.
