ARRESTS

AUGUSTA

Monday at 5:34 p.m., John George Kennedy, 63, of South China, was arrested on a charge of operating under the influence by police assisting another agency on North Belfast Avenue.

7:49 p.m., Valerie Jean Wells, 48, of Augusta, was arrested on a warrant on Charest Lane.

Tuesday at 2:23 a.m., Kevin Lee Pearse, 25, of Newport, was arrested on warrants charging him with failure to pay fines on State Street.

JEFFERSON

Thursday, Adam E. Oliveri, 37, of Bristol, was arrested on a charge of operating after habitual offender revocation and violating conditions of release during a traffic stop on Gardiner Road.

WHITEFIELD

Sept. 8, Kimber T. Niles, 61, of Whitefield, was arrested on a charge of domestic violence assault on Cooper Road. Niles was arrested again Sunday on a charge of violating conditions of release on North Hunts Meadow Road.
