1:20 p.m., Jarrod Agnew Russell, 33, of Norridgewock, was arrested on charges of theft, burglary and criminal mischief.

2:40 p.m., Damien Lee Raymond, 32, of Embden, was arrested on a probation hold.

7:10 p.m., Brian L. Kibler, 30, of Canaan, was arrested on a charge of domestic violence assault.
