Steven Fernald, 26, of Chelsea and Augusta, four counts of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and three counts of violating condition of release Dec. 23, 2013 to May 25, 2014, all in Augusta; four-year jail sentence, all but seven days suspended, two years of probation, $1,395 restitution.
