SKOWHEGAN — An open house is scheduled for 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 29, at the Skowhegan Free Public Library to celebrate the completion of the new rooms on the basement level of the building.

Included are a meeting room, a genealogy room, a computer work area, two ADA bathrooms and a kitchenette, according to a news release from the library.

Refreshments will be served and music will be provided by The Foxwells.
