SKOWHEGAN — The 23rd annual Holiday Stroll will kick off with a parade set for 7 p.m. Friday, Dec. 4, downtown.
Main Street’s Promotions Committee seeks groups or organizations to participate. For a parade application and view the parade rules and guidelines, visit mainstreetskowhegan.org.
