ARRESTS

IN FRANKLIN COUNTY, Sunday, Patrick C. Daniel, 28, of Waterville, was arrested on a warrant for unpaid fines.

Elijah Luker, 20, of Industry, was arrested for operating under the influence.

IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Sunday at 2:36 p.m., Roger Joseph Plourde, 32, of Hartland, was arrested on a charge of domestic violence terrorizing.

5:13 p.m., Barbara L. Raymond, 65, of Skowhegan, was arrested on a charge of domestic violence assault.

9:43 p.m., Carmela C. Hymowitz, 20, of Norridgewock, was arrested on a warrant for theft.

10:59 p.m., Kenneth Russell Austin, 33, of Norridgewock, was arrested on six warrants for burglary of a motor vehicle on two counts, theft on two counts, criminal mischief and violation of bail.
