ARRESTS

IN FRANKLIN COUNTY, Tuesday, Chris Barnard, 65, of Norway, was arrested on a charge of unauthorized use of property.

IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Tuesday at 11:09 p.m., John Jeremiah Bradley, 40, of Moscow, was arrested on charges of operating after license suspension, operating under the influence, eluding an officer and refusing to submit to arrest or detention.

Wednesday at 4:37 a.m., Earle Craig Flanders, 46, of Athens, was arrested on a probation hold.

IN WATERVILLE, Tuesday at 4:12 p.m., Michelle L. Romagno, 36, of Veteran Court, was arrested on Water Street on a warrant.

4:12 p.m., Jamie L. Nadeau, 36, of Preble Street, South Portland, was arrested on Water Street on a warrant.

10:59 p.m., Beverly Lynne Day, 65, of Main Street, was arrested at her residence on a warrant.
