Wednesday at 1:28 a.m., Michael J. Begin Jr., 39, of Augusta, was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

5:19 a.m., Gage T. Wells, 22, of Augusta, was arrested and charged with operating with a suspended license, operating a vehicle with an expired temporary registration, failure to produce evidence of insurance and a violation of probation after a traffic stop on Hospital Street and First Avenue.
