ARRESTS

Wednesday at 11 a.m., Joseph Roger Quirion, 26, of Manchester, was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

12:43 p.m., Keith Michael Flagg, 31, of Fayette, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence and obstructing government administration.

5:12 p.m., Reid Quin Shostak, 18, of Augusta, was arrested and charged with aggravated assault and violating condition of release after disorderly conduct was reported on Eastern Avenue.

GARDINER

Wednesday at 4:44 p.m., Joseph David Parker, 35, of Gardiner, was arrested and charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and on an outstanding warrant after theft was reported on Brunswick Avenue.

LITCHFIELD

Thursday at 3 a.m., Joshua Lee Tilley, 33, of Litchfield, was arrested on Dead River Road and charged with domestic violence assault and domestic violence criminal threatening.

MONMOUTH

Wednesday at 8:20 p.m., Jolene M. Perry Dumas, 34, of Wayne, was arrested and charged with domestic violence assault, criminal mischief, obstructing government administration and reckless conduct after a follow-up investigation on Main Street.
