UNITY — Yellow Brick Road: A Tribute to Elton John, will perform at 7 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 27, at the Unity College Center for the Performing Arts.
The Maine-based band sets out to re-create every detail of an actual Elton John concert.
“Elton John’s music is an iconic part of our American musical history. They are the songs we grew up listening to and have continued to entertain generations. This is a re-creation of an Elton John concert in its prime. There are costumes and a white piano that I hear takes some good-natured abuse. This is not just a concert, it is a performance, you won’t be disappointed,” UCCPA Events Manager Wendi Richards said in a UCCPA news release.
Tickets cost $15, and are available at the door or online at uccpa.unity.edu. For more information, call 509-7164.
