ARRESTS

IN FRANKLIN COUNTY, Wednesday, Laura J. Blair, 28, of Farmington, was arrested on a charge of operating under the influence.

Jason D. Oliver, 40, of Farmington was arrested on charges of operating under the influence, refusing to submit and refusing to stop.

Lawrence E. Lewis Jr., 34, of Fayette, was arrested on a charge of operating under the influence.

IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Tuesday at 9:45 a.m., Nathan Kirilov Bailey, 41, no address listed, was arrested on a warrant.

5:10 p.m., Jeffrey Elwood Frost, 32, of St. Albans, was arrested on charges of burglary, theft and violating conditions of release on two counts.
