HINCKLEY — Lesson in wild game cooking will be offer from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, March 9, in the Averill Building, Room 110 on the Alfond Campus in Hinckley.
The class, offered by Kennebec Valley Community College, will be held in conjunction with the Maine Department of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife. Participants will meet in the college’s culinary facilities. Chef Jason Dickson from Pine State Trading will prepare venison dishes, while students can learn tips and techniques that can help them prepare wild game dishes.
Cost is $35 per person, class fees only cover the cost of the class.
