IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Thursday at 8:38 a.m., Jeffrey Francis Horton, 25, of New Portland, arrested on a warrant for violating a protection order.

2:50 p.m., Scott Allen Gunst, 36, of Skowhegan, arrested on a probation violation.

Friday at 7:02 a.m., Keith A. Paul, 18, of Cornville, arrested on charges of domestic violence assault, refusing to submit to arrest and use of drug paraphernalia.
