5:50 p.m., Zachary Rogers, 30, of Wilton, was arrested on a charge of operating under the influence.

5:53 p.m., John Hinkley, 47, of New Sharon, was arrested on charges of eluding an officer and operating under the influence.

6:10 p.m., Gary Choate, 29, of Farmington, was arrested on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.
