ARRESTS

IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Saturday at 1:46 a.m., Robert A. Jacques, 60, of Bingham, was arrested on a charge of failure to give notice of an accident by quickest means.

3:25 p.m., Michael P. Smith, 26, of Norridewock, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear.

3:32 p.m., Patrick Hotchkins, 56, of Norridgewock, was arrested on a probation hold.

4:56 p.m., Kevin R. Hartsgrove, 43, of Madison, was arrested on charges of domestic violence assault, domestic violence terrorizing, harassment by telephone and criminal mischief.
