ALNA — Juniper Hill School for Place-Based Education will host an open house with school tours from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, March 12. This is a family, friendly event, open to all who are interested in learning more about the school and its programs. Teachers and current families will be present to answer questions and share their experiences.

The school is a nature and place-based, preschool and pre- and early elementary school, founded by Anne Stires in 2011. The school serves children 3 to 8 years old, and is enrolling for all programs for the 2016-17 school year.

• Place-Based Early Elementary School Grades K-3 (Ages 5-8)

• Nature-Based Early Childhood Program (pre-K) (Ages 4-5)

• Full and Part-Day Nature Preschool Program (Ages 3-4)
