JEFFERSON — The Jefferson Area Community Food pantry recently provided food assistance at St. Giles Episcopal Church.

New for the 2016 calendar year, the pantry will hold two distributions a month from 4 to 5:30 p.m. the second and fourth Wednesdays of each month at St. Giles Episcopal Church, 72 Gardiner Road. Jefferson and Somerville residents are welcome to attend both days.

Volunteers and donations are appreciated. Volunteers can call Richard St. Amand at 485-6950. Monetary donations can be sent by check to St. Giles Church with JACFP in the memo area, to P.O. Box 34, Jefferson, ME 04348.
