IN FRANKLIN COUNTY, Friday at 10:30 a.m., Matthew Haines, 22, of Farmington, was arrested on a charge of violating conditions of release.

12:15 p.m., Joseph Cox, 30, of Mercer, was arrested on a probation hold.

4:38 p.m., Timothy Hutchinson, 29, of Chesterville, was arrested on a writ for probate court.

John Hinkley, 47, of New Sharon, was arrested on charges of eluding an officer and operating under the influence.

IN WATERVILLE, Friday at 5:16 a.m., Dulcie K. Vess, 25, of Waterville, was arrested on North Street on charges of criminal operating under the influence, with a prior conviction, and violating conditions of release.
