AUGUSTA — Literacy Volunteers of Greater Augusta will host its Spring Team Scrabble Tournament from 1 to 4 p.m. Sunday, April 3, at the Senator Inn & Spa, 284 Western Ave. Competitive, social, youth and family teams, as well as individuals are all welcome. Pledges and donations collected by the players will help provide literacy services to adults in need in the greater Augusta area and help the organization expand its workplace and family literacy efforts.
Prizes will be available to top pledge-raisers and top game scorers.
Tournament registration is open through March 25.
