Friday at 11:57 a.m., Rockne J. Albert, 54, of Pittston, was arrested at the Kennebec County Sheriff’s Office on a warrant.

Sunday at 4:16 p.m., Sarah A. Coutu, 41, of Augusta, was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

4:31 p.m., Joshua Waldeck, 29, of Augusta, was arrested and charged with unlawful possession of a scheduled drug after a report of suspicious activity on Penobscot Street.

5:09 p.m., Edson John Wilson, 38, of Augusta, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of drugs and violating condition of release after a traffic accident on Leavitt Road.
