ARRESTS

IN FRANKLIN COUNTY, Sunday at 1:50 a.m., Kevin Stevens, 19, of Mount Vernon, was arrested on a charge of operating under the influence.

11:10 p.m., Todd Swan, 50, of Dixfield, was arrested on a charge of operating under the influence.

IN OAKLAND, Sunday at 12:40 a.m., Brian Charette, 36, of Waterville, was arrested on Waterville Road on charges of reckless conduct, driving to endanger and failure to stop for a police officer.

IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Monday at 1:26 a.m., Stanley Willine Brown, 37, of Norridgewock, was arrested on a charge of domestic violence assault.

IN WATERVILLE, Sunday at 1:41 a.m., Shain Sargent, 44, of Waterville, was arrested on a probation hold.
