IN FRANKLIN COUNTY, Tuesday at 9:30 a.m., Casey Campbell, 33, of Carthage, was arrested on a charge of attaching false plates and violating conditions of release.

2:42 p.m., Dahila Robichaud, 45, of Rumford, was arrested on a charge of violating conditions of release.

IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Tuesday at 2:36 p.m., Frank James Fulcher, 39, of Tennessee, was arrested on five warrants and a charge of violating conditions of release.

4:27 p.m., Michael Joseph Crawford, 29, of Sanford, was arrested on a warrant for violating conditions of release.

Wednesday at 2:41 a.m., Blair Laubenstein, 33, of Hallowell, was arrested on charges of obstructing the report of a crime, theft, domestic violence assault and violating conditions of release.

6:52 a.m., Brooklyn Cole, 27, of Madison was arrested on a warrant for unpaid fines or fees.

IN WATERVILLE, Tuesday at 1:59 p.m., Emily Marie Buker, 25, of Woodman Avenue, Fairfield, was arrested on Poolers Park Way on a charge of robbery.

1:59 p.m., Anthony Cruzado, 30, of Poolers Park Way, was arrested at his residence on a charge of robbery.
