Lisbon police say a bicyclist was killed after being struck Thursday evening by a pickup truck in the area of 173 Lisbon St.
Police Chief David T. Brooks identified the bicyclist as 34-year-old Joseph Lamothe of Lisbon.
The driver of the pickup, a Chevy Silverado 1500, was identified as 52-year-old Henry Raymond Jr. He was transported to St. Mary’s Hospital in Lewiston with minor injuries.
Maine State Police were reconstructing the crash scene Thursday night. The cause and circumstances remain under investigation.
The westbound lane of Lisbon Street remained closed for five hours after the accident, which was reported at 5:12 p.m.
