Grey Goose Gourmet’s Hot Apricot Pepper Jelly won first place in the Best New Specialty Food Product category at this year’s New England Made Giftware and Specialty Food Show.

Sandra Dwight-Barris, owner of Grey Goose Gourmet, says the jelly is good with crackers and cream cheese, mixed with gorgonzola, or used as a topping for salmon and chicken. She developed the apricot pepper jelly from a family recipe and first sold it at the farmers market in Wayne.
