WATERVILLE — The fourth annual Colby Football Youth Day camp is set for 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, April 30, at Harold Alfond Stadium, 400 Mayflower Hill Drive.
The free camp is for students in grades 3-8. Registration deadline is April 18. To fill out an online form, click here. To have a release form sent and for more information, email ajkretzs@colby.edu.
Camp schedule:
9:30-10 a.m.: Registration begins
10-10:15 a.m.: Introduction from Head Coach Jonathan Michaeles
10:15-10:30 a.m.: Dynamic and static warm-up
10:30-10:45 a.m.: Agility station
10:45-11:15 a.m.: offensive positions
11:15-11:25 a.m.: Snack break
Water will be provided all day
11:25-11:55 a.m.: Defensive positions
11:55 a.m-12:05 p.m.: Specialty period
12:05-12:45 p.m.: Mule ball games
12:45 p.m.: Cookout
Pizza and drinks will be provided.
No pads are needed, only shorts, T-shirt, cleats and sneakers.
