AUGUSTA — The Farmer Veteran Coalition of Maine Farmers Market will open for the season May 18. Hours will be 10 a.m-6 p.m. Wednesdays at the Turnpike Mall.

Special events are planned for 10 a.m.-1 p.m. Saturdays, June 25, July 2, Aug. 27, Sept. 17 and Oct. 15.
