Four people are seeking to fill the two seats available this year on the Readfield Select Board.
Allen Curtis is seeking another three-year term on the board. Valarie Pomerleau, the current selectmen’s chairman, is not seeking re-election.
Along with the incumbent three other people who are on a variety of town committees are running for a seat.
John Parent serves on the Budget Committee and Road Committee.
Sandra Rourke is on the Readfield Cemetery board of trustees.
Kathryn Mills Woodsum is chairman of both the Budget Committee and the Solid Waste & Recycling Committee.
Betty Morrell, who was appointed to a seat representing Readfield on the board of Regional School Unit 38, the Maranacook Area Schools, is seeking a three-year term.
The school board seat currently occupied by Steven Hayes is up for election as well.
