ARRESTS

AUGUSTA

Courtney Emens, 32, of Winthrop, was arrested and charged with operating while license suspended or revoked, violating condition of release, permitting display of a false registration validation device and failure to register vehicle after a traffic stop at Bridge and State streets.

Shawn C. Owens, 24, of Augusta, was arrested on an outstanding warrant after a traffic stop on Kendall Street.

Paul A. Merrick, 53, of Augusta, was arrested and charged with terrorizing, operating under the influence of alcohol, operating while license suspended or revoked and failure to register vehicle after a burglary was reported on Western Avenue.
