A Waterville man was arrested and four other people were summoned Wednesday night following a party in Winslow and an altercation in which one man lost at least two teeth, police said.

Winslow police officers responded to a noise complaint around 10:30 p.m. at a North Reynolds Road residence and discovered a party taking place in the woods, Sgt. Haley Fleming said.

“While the officers were trying to figure out where the noise was coming from, it sounded like there was a fight in progress and it sounded violent,” Fleming said.

When police found the group, they learned that Khristopher Warner Hammock, 18, of Waterville, allegedly had struck another man and knocked out at least two of his teeth, Fleming said. The man was taken by ambulance to a hospital for treatment.

Hammock was arrested on charges of assault, allowing a minor to possess or consume alcohol and being a minor consuming alcohol.

Four people also were summoned for underage drinking: Jordan Caine Guertin-Doody, 19, of Fairfield; Alfred Ernest Wing IV, 18, of Fairfield; Frederick Dale MacDonald Jr., 20, of Waterville; and Kenneth G. Russell Frappier, 18, of Fairfield.
